John J. LaRovere, age 87, died peacefully on Thursday March 21, 2024. John is the beloved husband of Maria E. (nee Hernandez). Loving brother of Barbara Harrison. He is the loving uncle of Richard Lombardi, Thomas Lombardi, Stephen Lombardi, Maryann Seelagy, Roberta Wilde, Michael LaPrade, Catherine Rodriguez, John Mattingly and Lori Steel. He will also be sadly missed by his great nieces and great nephews, James Lombardi, Krista Lombardi, Christopher Lombardi, Ryan Panfil, Jordan Panfil, Kelli Wilde, Sean Wilde, Hana Sluder , Ryan LaPrade, Nicholas LaPrade, Jessica Rodriguez, Justine Rodriguez, Garnett Mattingly, John Andrew Mattingly, Caroline Steel and William Steel. John is also survived by three great great nieces and nephews.
John worked as a Jeweler and enjoyed gardening.
Relatives and friends are invited to viewing Tuesday April 2, 2024 from 10-11am at St. Dominic Church 8504 Frankford Ave. Phila. PA 19136. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am with interment to follow at Resurrrection Cemetery Bensalem PA.
