Michael J. DeFortuna, age 86, a US Airforce veteran passed away Friday February 23, 2024. He is the beloved husband of Josephine (nee Leone). The loving father of Michael F. (Ann) and Jean Cella (late Luca). Michael is also survived by his brother Richard D. DeFortuna.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 9:30 - 10:30am at St. Dominic Church, 8504 Frankford Ave. Phila. PA 19136. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am with interment to follow at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the University of Pennsylvania Abramson Cancer Center.
